Membership
Membership to the Colony Pines Residents' Association is voluntary. The dues collected from members allows the association to maintain the park grounds and equipment, in addition to upkeeping the astetics of the Colony Pines entrance.
Annual Membership
Cost: $25 per household
Membership is good from June 1 to July 1 the following year.
