About Us
CPRA is a non-profit community organization chartered to enhance the lives of the Colony Pines residents. Because membership to the association is voluntary, CPRA is not like the usual homeowners associations that act as community police...writing citations for trash cans left out past the collection day or overgrown landscaping. Nor does the association dictate the size, color, and types of decorations that can be displayed during holidays. CPRA is designed to provide residents with current news that may affect their properties, provide opportunities for neighbors to socialize, and to maintain the entrance of the neighborhood and community park.
CPRA is led by a board of elected officers who are also current members of the association. The board is charged with the care of all assets owned by the association. Those assets include the entrance signs to the neighborhood, the property and all equipment comprising the park, and all moneys earned by the association.
