The Colony Pines neighborhood is a diverse and eclectic community comprised of over 1,000 homes. We boast the little known distinction of being the largest single-family neighborhood on the Virginia Peninsula. We are made up of a variety of people from first-time homeowners to empty nester's. We are home to many people who take pride in where they live and work together to make our neighborhood "A Great Place to Live"!
